Bill Nye

This event promoted one of the biggest names in American science, Bill Nye on the Winona State University campus. This design emphasized Nye’s iconic look by using contrasting colors to highlight his bowtie and neutral tones. Another goal was to add a touch of nostalgia which led to the use of a halftone pattern in the background. The event was so successful, tickets sold out within the first day, forcing the university to move the event to a larger space, which meant quick revisions and edits for all the digital and physical collateral.
