Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Esther Stoy. I am from the lovely but frigid land of Blaine, Minnesota. I am an ambitious, fun-loving, go-getter with a passion for all things visual. My hobbies include being physically active, watching hockey, tending to my plants, and gettin’ groovy.
Hello!
I enjoy the tactile experience that can come along with design, so I double majored in I-Design and Studio Arts. My passion for imaginative play, tactile experience, and creative invention has allowed me to mix both my artistic and graphic skills. The combination of these skills has allowed me to create a unique approach to my work that utilizes interdisciplinary thinking and execution.
I enjoy learning and experimenting with the printing process to better create designs that are enhanced by the production process. I find joy in the little details and aim to be thorough with my design process. My eclectic approach to my work allows me to experiment and develop unique solutions.
My Process
I grew up simply having the joy to create work and now my work has matured to be concerned with the audience and functionality. This has nurtured a deeper passion to help others while creating work that I am excited about everyday. I want to create content that will serve others in many ways. I hope that the work I create will allow my own joy and passion to translate into the greater good of others.
